17GB worth of pictures!

Hello! It’s 3.25am and I’m still wide awake. Hah I just ate one pack of tomyum instant noodles like 20 minutes ago(fat fat fat unhealthy WHATEVA!).

Anyway, if you’ve been following me on twitter(faster follow me if you haven’t haha @iameun1ce), you should know about me losing my 17GB worth of pictures. Those pictures were taken since Form 4 zomggg!

So the story goes like this…

A month ago, someone(it’s either my dad or bro) accidentally clicked some website or pop ups and my desktop got infected. With the help of my geek friend Teo, I managed to somehow clear it but during the process of clearing it, I kind of removed the ability to open all the software. After Googling for all kinds of solution, I finally gave in and asked for professional help tsk. I’m never good with IT stuffs ok!

So my dad brought the old CPU to the IT shop, they backed up the files, clean the hard disk and reinsert the hard disk into our new CPU. I happily open the computer thinking that everything is OK already BUT NO ALL MY PICTURES WERE GONE!!!!!

My brother quickly called up the guy and asked what happened! IDK what was the conversation about. IDK how did that happen cause I keep repeating myself that my photos are the most important so they have to back up those files. Was it a miscommunication or a technical error IDK!

So my dad brought the CPU to the shop the next day and we came back to collect it later that night but the guy said that most of the files are corrupted so it’s very difficult to retrieve. Probably can get like 30% of the pictures only T______________T Then he asked us to come another day(which was yesterday).

THE AWESOME IT GUY FINALLY SUCCESSFULLY RETRIEVED ALL MY PHOTOS! OMGOSH all those memories.

I’m a happy kid right now lol.
